Use custom design:

Too bad flipping is practiced with no success these days.. gone are the days when some new guy used to make a website, write content with kickass design and sell it for thousands of dollars!
In the flippa auction only established websites are sold, however my thoughts are completely against website flipping. Imaging a website makes 20$ a month.. if he sells for 300$ then the benefit is for the purchaser as he will get ROI in just 1 year! I tried buying websites from flippa but none of them were genuinely making good money.. the established sites were out of my budget!

@Bangloreloka- Nice opinion here, Website flipping is the not the earning quick money online. I will flip my website after 5 or 6 years if in return of million dollars LOL .To dreaming this I have to work harder and harder.

Flipping works well for established sites because people are essentially buying what they can’t achieve quickly: site age. Once a site is indexed, all the rankings and PR move with the site when it’s transferred to the new owner.
So for people with money and no time, forking out some cash will get them where they want to be.

Thanks for the comment! I am not the full time blogger, currently working offline as a full time employee as well as handling my computer peripheral shop . I already have a lot of plan with online blogging, but still don’t have enough time to blog for my single site.
Neelmoney is now earning small amount of money with selling affiliate products. I will wait for next 3 to 5 month to see my position in the blogging.

Actually I am not blogging for money, neelmoney is just for my passion. If I will complete my goal in upcoming 6 years then, definitely there will be some good chance (but not millions). For every 3 month I had planned one goal to complete but, this time I failed for my first 3 month goal.

Nice idea but it does not work at all. I have a friends who set up several flipping website, nice but content generated from different sources but revenue is nothing.

@Bachelorhood. I disagree that only established sites are selling. I have only been flipping about a month and I have already sold 4 websites. You just have to build sites with a lot of features and make sure your sales copy makes it very clear what those features are and what they can do for them in the near future..

There is one new flipping website out there called http://www.flipascript.com they seem pretty good and with a name like that they will be on top of flippa in my opinion.
