I noticed when I went from nofollow to follow the amount of blogspam I received jumped 400%, although since it was from a single website the website in question is now blocked. I noticed when I went from nofollow to follow the amount of blogspam I received jumped 400%, although since it was from a single website the website in question is now blocked.

Personally I think dofollow is better for blogs, and nofollow is better for websites because of spam.
